Mr. SIU is a Hong Kong resident, born in the year of 1950 and educated in Hong Kong. He is conversant with English, Cantonese, Putonghua and Swatowese and had achieved the following academic qualifications:


a. Bachelor of Science (Economics), granted by University of London
b. Bachelor of Laws, granted by Beijing University


and the following professional qualifications:

a. Solicitor of Hong Kong, admitted in 1983.
b. Solicitor of England & Wales, admitted in 1988
c. Barrister & Solicitor of Australian Capital Territories, admitted in 1988
d. Barrister of High Court of Australia, called in 1988
e. Civil Marriage Celebrant

Mr. SIU See Kong

During his early years, Mr. SIU had been working in the Hong Kong Government with the last post as Crown Counsel, and involved in the famous case of Attorney General v. LUI Lok who was the most notorious corrupt police officer in H.K. He had also worked in the Office of the Commissioner for Securities & Commodities Trading (the predecessor of the Securities & Futures Commission) for about two years enforcing various investment laws and codes. Then he worked in various enterprises having international business exposures as in house legal adviser, such as China Light & Power Company, Limited, MTR Corporation Limited, both are listed blue chip companies in Hong Kong. He had also worked for AES China Generating Company Limited, a company listed in USA, as Project Manager, and an international group of companies named SunChase International Group as director, engaged in all types of investment projects in China and overseas. After retiring from MTR Corporation Limited, Mr. SIU had worked for some time in Copower Enterprise Group Limited, an oil and gas drilling company with mainland capital exploring business opportunities in the Middle East.

Mr. SIU is currently legal adviser in various international enterprises such as: Wittgensteins Consulting Company Ltd., an international finance expert

Social Contributions
Participated in elections in H.K. Legislative Council, National People’s Congress, Hong Kong Constituency, District Council.

Charges
Reasonable, usually on hourly basis but can be negotiated on case by case basis, depending on complexity of the matter.
